In cotton but ok for most activities from May to October up to 2,000m. If cool weather then not recommended if you sweat a lot as they make you cold during rest breaks. BBQ camps, islands, easy hikes at low level and summer activities - they are ok.

Sizes; M, L, XL (Asian).
Chest  measurement under sleeve; M= 89cm/ 35inch, L=101cm/ 38inch, XL= 107cm/ 42inch.
XL fits has fit most people so far but best to try on at the meeting.
